❀ Domestic Shipping
Shipping is flat rate per order within Malaysia.

All orders will receive a tracking number which you can track via the respective courier website. For domestic orders, please allow 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Please take note that orders delivering to East Malaysia will take slightly longer to arrive.
All orders placed will take 2 - 3 business days to process and drop off to the courier company. Orders placed specifically between Friday to Sunday will be dropped off to the local courier on Monday. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated!
❀ International Shipping
Dear international customers, please email madebyemimy@gmail.com or DM @_madebyemi via Instagram with your full address and name of country to check/confirm the shipping rate before checking out. Below is just an ESTIMATION of shipping rates of each country, shipping rates MAY OR MAY NOT change depending on the specified location in your region.

All international orders are delivered using international air parcel, please allow the parcel to take 4 - 16 DAYS to arrive. If you would like to choose international sea parcel delivery as a cheaper delivery option please email or dm me, but do note that it sea delivery will take 6 - 15 WEEKS to arrive.
❀ Import Taxes
We are not responsible for any import taxex applicable to your or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this.
❀ Lost, Undelivered & Damaged Parcels
Please ensure that all details given including your PHONE NUMBER and FULL ADDRESS is accurate upon placing your order.We will not be held responsible for items LOST or DAMAGED by the courier service, you may file a report with the courier directly or email us and we will try our best to solve it together with you.
For domestic orders, please email to madebyemimy@gmail.com if you have not received your parcel within or more than 15 days from the date that the order has been sent. For international orders, please also email to us if you have not received your parcel within the time frame given above.
Any damages occurred during the process of delivery is beyond our responsibility. However, we will do our best to pack your order securely to avoid this matter from occuring.
